Rêveur Vintage is happy to offer (limited) international shipping via the United States Postal Service. Outside of the United States, we currently ship to the UK, Canada, countries in the EU, Norway and Australia only. (Please see below for a full list). We regret that we cannot ship to any other countries at this time. Because of the quality nature of the items we sell, we choose to ship via Priority Mail. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. For packages valued at $100 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery. When placing your order please ensure all information concerning billing and shipping is correct. We are unable to redirect a package once an order has been processed and dispatched. All orders will be processed within 5-7 working days. After this period, please allow 5-7 days for delivery for US deliveries, and 6-10 for international deliveries. We sincerely apologize for the wait times, as we are a very small, new brand and not always able to process the bulk of our orders immediately. However, good things take time. Plants and children grow slowly. Some things are worth waiting for, and we promise your vintage treasures will be worth it. For orders outside the US, Rêveur is not responsible for for any customs fees. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay these extra charges. Please also note that any packages refused will not be refunded.

Where we ship: The US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.


Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we unfortunately can not offer refunds on items at this time. As a small brand, we just cannot cover the cost of returns. However, you do have 14 days to return the item, and we will be glad to reimburse you in store credit. Please email us with your request and your order number as soon as possible so we can know to expect the item back. Any items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be reimbursed. Once we receive your item, the store credit will be applied via electronic gift card.

All store credit is valid for 3 consecutive months from the day it is issued, after which it will expire and no longer be valid.

Please keep in mind that our products are vintage items that are 25+ years old and will not be in brand new condition. However, any major flaws will be outlined in the product description. We hope you will be so satisfied with your vintage treasures you will have no need to return them.


In the case of grossly misrepresented items (this should not ever occur) or damaged/broken items, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can take care of the issue for you. We will evaluate on a case by case basis. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearance of our products in the store, though please be mindful that our product photos are edited with depth and warm tone to comply with our branding, so an item’s actual tone may vary slightly. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's (or cell phone’s) display of any color or appearance will be accurate, and therefore are not responsible for any cases of color discrepancies. If you would like to view an unedited photo of the item you are interested in, shoot us an email at support@reveurvintage.com and we will be happy to send you as many photos as you like before your purchase.

We kindly remind you that the physical condition of all our items will be disclosed in their descriptions, and we are therefore not responsible for any “damages” that are in line with these descriptions. We would also advise our customers to remember that vintage items can be fragile, so while we do our best to ensure our pieces are protected for shipping, what happens once the package is out of our hands is wholly beyond our control. Vintage Price Point

Our pricing structure is based upon quality, availability, condition, and the designer of the pieces, as well as our time spent sourcing and our purchase/repair costs. We do the hard, time-consuming work of sourcing and curating beautiful wardrobe staples for you, so you don’t have to. We consider vintage pieces to be investments, as they have already lasted decades and will last many more with the proper care.


We are dedicated to sourcing pieces from decades past that have and will stand the test of time. Every item we source is in good to excellent condition, in need of no or only minor repairs. We repair what we can, and any major defects will be listed in the product descriptions. But we kindly remind you that vintage items are typically pre-loved and will not always be in perfect condition. Every clothing item that can be is hand-washed and steamed, and every piece of jewelry is cleaned, sterilized and polished before it finds you.
